Renault Samsung Motors Co., the local unit of French automaker Renault S.A., launched its new SM5 diesel midsize sedan Thursday, highlighting its mileage and value.
The car, powered by a thrifty 1.5-liter dCi engine and mated to a six-speed dual-clutch transmission, has been rated to have a combined city and highway fuel economy of 16.5 kilometers on a liter of diesel, the company said.
