Hyundai, Kia vehicles win european residual value award

Cars made by Hyundai Motor Co. and its affiliate Kia Motors Corp., South Korea's two largest carmakers, won residual value awards in Europe, industry sources said Friday. Sources said Hyundai's Veloster compact sports coupe and Kia's Venga subcompact were named 2012 residual value champions in their respective segments by German automotive magazine Auto Bild and Eurotax Glass AG (ETG).
