Intermittent rain keeps Alexandria, Dekheila harbors open

Intermittent spells of rain on Alexandria and parts of Egypt's northwestern coast early Friday kept the harbors of Alexandria and Dekheila opened.
Acting Chief of Alexandria Harbor General Fathi Taha said all seaport operations were normal.
