GDCD warns about risks caused by heavy rain

General Directorate of Civil Defense has warned the public to be on alert from risks of rains and floods specially in these days and take all necessary precautions in such cases. The organization’s media spokesman Col. Abdullah Al-Orabi Al-Harthi said that many regions of the Kingdom exposed to mild, moderate to heavy rain, calling on citizens and residents not to venture to cross torrential streams and valleys and taking all the safety precautions.
