Yemen and Ethiopia agree on starting a study on power grid between the 2 countries

Yemeni minister of electricity and energyDr. Saleh Samee'a met here this evening with Ethiopian Foreign Minister TudorsAdhanom who leads his country's delegation to the 5th meeting the two countries'joint committee.During the meeting, they discussed the possibility of joint cooperation in the fieldof electricity to enable Yemen use the surplus of power produced in Ethiopia.To this regard, they agreed to study of a power grid project between the twocountries across the Red Sea, transiting Djibouti.
