Saudi Arabia, US mull energy cooperation

Saudi Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi met visiting US Deputy Secretary of Energy Dr. Elizabeth Sherwood-Randall and her accompanying delegation here on Tuesday.
During the encounter, they discussed the current situation of the international oil market, as well as cooperation in the fields of energy, environment and climate change, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
They also considered uses of solar energy, joint investments, and the exchange of technical and technological expertise between Saudi Arabia and the US, the SPA added.
