Russian President Vladimir Putin has pointed out three reasons for the oil prices to fall: growth in oil production; the current situation and the dollar falling rate.
He told journalists that a fall in energy prices was also caused by falling demand and monetary factors. “The fluctuating dollar rate is also affecting oil prices,” Putin stressed.
