Maspiro officials to stand trial over power blackout at ETU

Counselor Hisham Barakat, the prosecutor general, referred on Wednesday a number of officials in charge of the electricity department in Maspiro to the disciplinary court.
They will face charges of dereliction of duty over electricity blackout at the Egyptian Radio and TV Union building which lies in Maspiro area central Cairo, on May 9.
