Malaysian Minister of Energy, Green Technology and Water Dr. Maximus Johnity Ongkili met here today with Qatar's Ambassador in Kuala Lumpur HE Issa bin Mohamed Al-Mannai.
Talks during the meeting dealt with bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and means of developing them.
