Hurghada airport transformer station now linked to national power grid

Electricity Minister Mohamed Shaker said on Wednesday that Hurghada airport power transformer station was now linked to the national power grid.
He said the linkage cost the ministry 28 million pounds.
The move comes as part of the ministry's efforts to meet growing demands on power network and improve performance of the grid.
