Civil protection forces controls fire at electricity tower in Beheira

Civil protection forces on Thursday controlled a fire caused by gas canisters when unkown persons set them ablaze in an attempt to detonate an electricity tower in Itay Al-Baroud township of Beheira.
Beheira Security Director General Mohammad Fathy Ismail said he received a note on the outbreak of a fire in a power tower in Damsna village in Itay Al-Baroud township.
He ordered ambulances to rush to fire scene and put it out, with no casualties reported.
Prosecution was notified to launch a probe.
