Despite having some of the most luxurious hotels in the world, the four-star Al Manzil Hotel has been named the Most Popular Hotel in Dubai by a major tourist website. TripAdvisor's Popularity Index, which measures overall traveller satisfaction, put the lesser-known property in Downtown Burj Khalifa ahead of 370 other hotels across the emirate.
