The Vampire Diaries star donned the powder-blue cocktail dress to party in New Orleans this week. She paired the lacy mixed-media mini with glittery Jimmy Choo “Raven” sandals and silver clutch. Zuhair, a Beirut-based Lebanese fashion designer, is a favourite with Jennifer Lopez and Blake Lively. Renowned for his show-stopping ‘big-night’ numbers, he wowed at the recent Paris Couture presentation with a collect of unapologetically mega-watt glamour gowns that will no doubt appear all over the red-carpet throughout 2013.
