The international superstar wore the Versace piece that was last seen in 1994 on Elizabeth Hurley; she wore the iconic black safety pin dress with a plunging neckline and cut out sides held together by gold safety pins. Hurley completed her look with classic black pumps and a satin clutch, while Gaga opted for satin booties and flashy gold accessories. Although we loved the dress on Gaga, we have to say it definitely looked better on Elizabeth Hurley.
