This is her first public appearance since announcing she had undergone a double mastectomy. The 37-year-old mother of six had the surgery to reduce her chances of getting breast cancer. Calling on French fashion designer Hedi Slimane to custom-design her gown, Jolie stunned in a black and floor-length Saint Laurent dress. She stuck to her signature style, oozing grace and elegance. The Oscar-winning actress thanked fans for their support saying: "I've been very happy just to see the discussion about women's health expanded and that means the world to me."
