The “Sports Illustrated” swimsuit model  had more skin on display than just about anyone else, but no one was complaining. The glamorous gold gown that she wore covered her bottom half and trailed behind her, but Irina couldn't resist showing some skin in the Abed Mahfouz garment. With its crossover detail and high neckline, the dress was certainly perfect for the occasion and showed off Irina's enviable figure.  The model wore minimal make-up, highlighting her smile with just a hint of pink lip-gloss, and completed her look with a pair of green earrings and a matching gem stone ring.
