The actress looked fancy in a stunning chainmail frock designed by Reem Acra. The high-neck, long sleeves and floor-length hemline of the shimmering metallic dress at first made Eva look demure. But when she stepped under the spotlights the sheer mesh panels of her designer creation flashed her perfect pins and leotard-clad bum. She wore her hair in a chic bun and went heavy on the eyeliner and blush. Earlier in the day, Eva tweeted a picture of herself getting ready, and admitted that the beautiful dress wasn’t the comfiest of outfits. She wrote: “Getting ready for @GlobalGiftGala in my room. Wearing gorgeous Reem Acra dress! I like? Hope so because I can't breathe!”
