Karen Gillan of 'Doctor Who' to star in ABC pilot 'Selfie'

British actress Karen Gillan is to play the lead in the ABC pilot "Selfie," EW.com reported. Created by Emily Kapnek, the single-camera comedy is inspired by the classic transformation tale "My Fair Lady," the report said. Gillan is a former "Doctor Who" cast member, who will soon be seen on the big-screen in "Guardians of the Galaxy."
