AMC announced the premiere dates for "Mad Men," "The Walking Dead," and its other dramas and unscripted series for 2014. The first episode of the final season of "Mad Men" is set to air 10 p.m. EST April 13, one week after the series debut of "Turn," a Revolutionary War drama, the network announced Saturday at its presentation at the Television Critics Association's winter press tour. "Breaking Bad" spinoff "Better Call Saul," will debut sometime in November, though a specific date wasn't announced, the Hollywood Reporter said Saturday. Freshman series "Halt and Catch Fire" will launch sometime in the summer along with the fourth season of Western "Hell on Wheels." Unscripted series "Game of Arms" is set to premiere 10 p.m. E.S.T. Feb. 25, followed by "Small Town Security" and "Freakshow." Meanwhile, "Talking Dead," the Chris Hardwick-hosted talk show that follows "The Walking Dead" was renewed for a fifth season and will immediately follow the zombie drama's slot in October. "We are extremely excited about the 2014 lineup," AMC president and General Manager Charlie Collier said. "Both the returning and new series reflect our commitment to serving passionate audiences with compelling, character-driven storytelling."
