Toyota says quarterly profit up 10% to $5.2bn, lifts sales forecast

Toyota on Tuesday said its net profit for the three months to June jumped 10 percent to $5.2 billion, while the Japanese auto giant slightly boosted its annual sales forecast.
The Corolla and Camry maker's revenue in the latest quarter rose 9.3 percent to 6.98 trillion yen ($56.3 billion), as it separately announced it was overhauling its operations in the world's biggest vehicle market China.
