S&P cuts Greece rating after IMF payment delay

Standard & Poor's cut its already deep-junk rating for Greek bonds by one notch to "CCC" on Wednesday after the country delayed a debt payment to the International Monetary Fund last week.
S&P said the downgrade reflected "our opinion that in the absence of an agreement between Greece and its official creditors, the Greek government will likely default on its commercial debt within the next 12 months."
