Paris stock exchange surges more than 3% on hopes of Greek deal

The Paris stock market on Friday surged more than three percent on hopes that Greece and its EU-IMF creditors were close to a deal following Athens' latest proposals.
Around 0930 GMT, the CAC 40 rose 3.11 percent to 4,905.19 points compared with Thursday's close, which had also seen the index advance by 2.55 percent.
