German Chancellor Angela Merkel said Tuesday that multinationals should not be allowed to exploit loopholes or given special deals to dodge paying their fair share of taxes. "People are right to expect international companies to pay their taxes," she told delegates at her Christian Democratic Union's annual congress. |
