Hong Kong stocks plunge 3% on Brexit fears

Hong Kong stocks dropped more than three percent on Friday morning as "Leave" seemed to be gaining the upper hand in Britain's make-or-break EU membership referendum.
At around 0250 GMT the Hang Seng Index was off 3.05 percent, or 637.24 points at 20,231.1, mirroring big drops on other regional markets.
