Hong Kong stocks end more than 3% higher on strong China data

Hong Kong stocks surged more than three percent on Wednesday, helped by data showing a better-than-expected rise in Chinese exports and after a jump in oil prices that boosted energy firms.
Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index climbed 3.19 percent, or 654.27 points, to 21,158.71.
