G20 to use 'all policy tools' to strengthen growth

G20 countries will use "all policy tools" available, including monetary, fiscal and structural ones, to foster economic confidence and "preserve and strengthen the recovery", they said after a finance ministers' meeting in China.
The world's top 20 economies will use the policies "individually and collectively", said a communique released in Shanghai.
