Britain's decision to leave the European Union could slow global economic growth through 2017, the International Monetary Fund said Tuesday. The international crisis lender cut its pre-referendum forecasts for 2016 and 2017 by 0.1 percentage point, saying the new uncertainty in Europe would hold world growth at 3.1 percent this year and 3.4 percent next year. |
