Brazilian real hits all-time low against dollar

The Brazilian real hit an all-time low Tuesday, dipping in value to 4.03 against the dollar within minutes of the market's opening.
The fall of the currency -- which has depreciated 33 percent this year -- is linked to President Dilma Rousseff's difficulties in putting in place a plan to revive the economy amid a crisis that has already caused a downgrade of the country's credit rating.
