Second Spanish caver dies in Morocco's Atlas mountains

A second Spanish caver trapped at the bottom of a deep ravine in Morocco's High Atlas mountains died on Sunday despite efforts by emergency services to rescue him and a third companion, the Spanish interior ministry said.
"My condolences to the family and friends of Jose Antonio Martinez, a chief police inspector who died in Morocco," the ministry said in a message on Twitter signed by Interior Minister Jorge Fernandez Diaz.
