Libya parliament 'very unhappy' with UN-proposed peace deal

Libya's internationally recognised parliament is "very unhappy" over a UN-proposed peace deal for the conflict-wracked North African state and has called its negotiators home for consultations, its spokesman said Tuesday.
Fradj Abou Hachem also said that anyone from the parliament's delegation who attends planned talks with world powers in Berlin Wednesday would be doing so on a personal basis only.
