Swedish poet Tomas Transtroemer

Swedish poet Tomas Transtroemer, who won the 2011 Nobel Prize for Literature, has died at the age of 83, his publishing house Bonniers said on Friday.
Transtroemer, who suffered a stroke in 1990 which affected his ability to speak, explored in his writing the relationship between our intimate inner selves and the world around us.
