Samira Said: I voted for Egypt

The prominent singer Samira Said surprised people at a polling station in Egypt's Dokki district, while she cast her vote in the second round of the Egyptian elections. She confirmed that she has had Egyptian nationality for 17 years, but she never mentioned it to the media which is why most people assumed she only retained her Moroccon nationality. She said she voted for Dr. Amr El-Shobaki and the Egyptian Bloc list, stressing her love of Egypt and her happiness that she voted in the Egyptian elections,
