Egypt Today, egypt today Hamaki: down with military rule

Cairo – Marwa Yehia
For the first time since the break out of the Egyptian revolution, Egyptian singed Mohamed Hamaki spoke out expressing his opinion in politics, following the tragic incidents taking place in Port Said, where at least 75 were killed after a football match between al-Ahli and al-Masri. “Down with military rule! When we get a coach for our national football team and the team loses, we dismiss the coach and get another one; we say the Egyptian National team deserves a better coach. What is more important? Egypt’s National Team or Egypt?” Hamaki posted on his Facebook page. It is worth mentioning that Hamaki launched three patriotic songs after the revolution, namely ‘Dayman Aysheen’ (Still Alive), ‘Andi Kelma’ (I have a word), and ‘Shakhbata Ala al-Heit’ (Scribbles on the Wall).
