Egyptian actress Ayten Amer has expressed her excitement for the release of her new film Over My Dead Body, which will be start showing in cinemas tomorrow. Ayten told Arabstoday that she anticipates a good reaction from audiences and considers the movie a “big step forward” in her career. Over My Dead Body stars Ahmed Hilmi, Ghada Adel and Hassan Hosni, and was directed by Mohammed Bakir and written by Tamer Ibrahim. The plot revolves around the story of Rauf, an interior decorator who dies, leaving his spirit stuck between heaven and earth. He wants to know how his friends and family react to his death, but is shocked by their opinion, discovering the mistakes he made in his life all too late to rectify.
