Egypt, Oman probe boosting media cooperation

Head of the National Media Authority Hussein Zein discussed with Omani Ambassador to Egypt Ali bin Ahmed al Issa'ee media's handling of various issues in the Arab World.
During their meeting Wednesday in Cairo, the two sides underlined the importance of continuing coordination and promoting media cooperation between Cairo and Muscat.
The meeting also touched on activating the media cooperation protocol between Egypt and Oman, which includes exchanging news, radio and television programs, press delegation visits in addition to providing media training courses by Egypt for Omani nationals.
