His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to his Kuwaiti counterpart Shaikh Jaber Al Mubarak Al Hamad Al Sabah on success of the surgery he underwent recently.
HRH the Premier wished him a speedy recovery, abundant health and a long life to continue the development march in Kuwait under the leadership of Kuwaiti Amir Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah.
